Our Journey
In November 2021, two experienced individuals with a solid academic background in entrepreneurship launched SILKPORT INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD, an innovative business platform. Their initial attempt to export food and beverage products individually to the European market proved unsuccessful due to limited international market reach. Recognizing this, they formed SPI, attracting investors worldwide who hold equal ownership.
Under the SPI global network, they introduced their first brand, " CYLONIES , " targeting the food and beverage industry. Extensive promotion on social media platforms accompanied the creation of a dedicated website. Fresh graduates were recruited for operational activities, marking the beginning of SPI's expansion into international markets. Initially exporting under the " CYLONIES " brand to Europe, SPI diversified its product portfolio with various flavors, gaining consumer popularity. This marked the initial stage of SPI's development. Presently, the company explores expansion into diverse industries like Gem & Diamond , Software , Travel & Tourism , and Textiles .
Remarkably, SPI's startup approach prioritized knowledge investment over substantial monetary contributions. The partners initially invested in ongoing operational expenses, eliminating a traditional launching cost. Future partners interested in joining SPI commit to the initial investment in lieu of ongoing operational expenses. Global Network
The global network chart shows the structure of a global network company, starting with the President at the top level. Below the President, there are several Chairmen who oversee operations in different countries, such as Italy, USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK, China, and Sri Lanka. These Chairmen are responsible for managing the company's activities and interests in their respective countries. At the next level, there is a Managing Director who assists the President and oversees the overall management of the company's global operations. Finally, the CEO is positioned at the bottom level, responsible for the day-today operations and implementation of the company's vision and strategies.
